  1. 1. What is a Customer Number?

    For our MAS Team to locate your account quickly and efficiently, please have your Customer Number available. Your MAS Customer Number is a 10-digit numeric unique identifier that is assigned to each of our customers. Your Customer Number begins with 9102 and can be located:

    • On any documentation regarding your delivery or
    • In the Subject Line of any e-mail correspondence you may receive
  2. 2. What is the current status of my vehicle?

    By utilizing our “Track My Order” feature, you will get:

    • A comprehensive status of your vehicle
    • Review favorites
    • Change delivery destination
    • Update account information and more.

    Alternatively, you may reach out to your assigned MAS Delivery Coordinator should you require personalized assistance.

  3. 3. How can I contact my Stateside Delivery Coordinator?

    We are committed to providing the support our Loyal Customers deserve. Your assigned Delivery Coordinator will provide you with their direct contact information.

  4. 4. How can I make a payment towards my vehicle?

    There is always a member of our MAS Team to assist with how your payments can be made. Here are some options:

    • Contact your assigned Delivery Coordinator or Independent Sales Representative for Wire Payment Instructions or
    • Your Finance Check can be mailed to the attention of your assigned Delivery Coordinator at our New York Corporate Office:
  5. 5. Can I show up at the dealership without an appointment?

    Unfortunately, no. Our MAS Courtesy Delivery Dealerships will not be able to assist without an appointment. What makes our MAS deliveries unique is that our program was designed to provide the peace of mind our Loyal Customers deserve. Let us do the work for you! It is an absolute pleasure for your assigned Delivery Coordinator to set up your Delivery Appointment.

  6. 6. What do I need to provide to take possession of my vehicle?

    You are required to provide specific documentation including, but not limited to:

    • Driver’s License
    • Proof of Insurance
    • Tax, Title, and License Fees (If not included in your loan)
  7. 7. Will my vehicle registration be completed by MAS?

    No, MAS does not register vehicles. Before you can start driving your vehicle, you need to have it registered with your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

  8. 8. What needs to be done to have my vehicle registered at the DMV?

    Prior to Delivery Appointment:

    • Your assigned Delivery Coordinator will review basic required vehicle paperwork, documents for residency identification, and proof of insurance documents for you to bring to your local DMV.
    • The requirements for registering your vehicle will vary depending on the state in which you live.
  9. 9. Can I complete my registration at the Dealership?

    Some of our participating MAS Courtesy Delivery Dealerships will assist you in completing your registration on location.

    Prior to Delivery Appointment:

    • Your assigned Delivery Coordinator will advise if your MAS Program Courtesy Delivery Dealership provides registration assistance.
    • A review of all required vehicle paperwork, documents for residency identification, and proof of insurance will be completed.
    • The requirements for registering your vehicle will vary depending on the state in which you live.

    If your MAS Courtesy Delivery Dealership provides registration assistance:

    • The dealer will collect your license plate and registration fees, and your sales tax.
    • You will be given your license plates at the dealership.
  10. 10. What if I am registering my vehicle in a state other than the State of Delivery?

    Prior to Delivery Appointment:

    • Your assigned Delivery Coordinator will review basic required vehicle paperwork, documents for residency identification, and proof of insurance documents for you to bring to your local DMV.
    • The requirements for registering your vehicle will vary depending on the state in which you live.
    • You will need to contact your local DMV to ensure that registration can be completed.
    • You may be able to obtain a Temporary Tag at your delivering MAS Courtesy Delivery Dealership or DMV. Depending on your state, you may be required to register your vehicle on your own.
  11. 11. Is Sales Tax required?

    The State Sales Tax  (if required by your state) is not included in the original selling price of your vehicle. You will be required pay your sales tax when you register your vehicle. Tax, title and license fees  may be covered if included in your financing.

  12. 12. Can my vehicle be pre-registered?

    Pre – Registration is prohibited. All MAS vehicles must be inspected before registration.

  13. 13. How do I replace my Manufacturer Certificate of Origin?

    Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) or Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) refers to the original ownership document for a vehicle. Please connect with your assigned Delivery Coordinator or e-mail us at mailto:wecare@militarycars.com with your request.
